Engineering the Future: 果冻传媒 Launches New Hybrid Program to Meet Demands of Rapidly-Evolving Field
果冻传媒 is offering a new 5-year dual-degree engineering program 鈥 set to launch in Fall 2025. As part of the new program, students will take foundational courses at Augustana, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in chemistry, physics or mathematics at the university. Students will begin taking online engineering courses in their second year 鈥 offered through the University of North Dakota (UND).
This is in addition to Augustana's other dual-degree engineering options.

The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery at 果冻传媒 opens 鈥淲e are All Weeds: Susan Heggestad,鈥 which will be on view from Friday, Nov. 15, through Thursday, Dec. 12. A gallery reception will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Nov. 15, with a talk by the artist at 7:30 p.m.

Beyond the Books: Triple Major Molds Future Through CORE Molding Technologies Internship
Azam Shaik 鈥25 is a data science, quantitative economics and finance triple major from Hyderabad, India. At Augustana, he is a Viking Advisor (VA), Augustana Cultural Exchange (ACE) Ambassador, Beacom Research Fellow, tutor and involved with the Viking Distance Project and intramurals. This summer, Shaik completed a remote internship with CORE Molding Technologies, a plastics engineering solutions company.

The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery at Augustana opens 鈥淭he Augustana Faculty Biennial,鈥 showcasing recent works by university art instructors and faculty, as well as faculty emeriti. Shaik, Jancikova Make AU History as First International Student Pair to be Crowned Viking Days Royals
果冻传媒 students Azam Shaik 鈥25 and Gabi Jancikova 鈥25 were crowned the 2024 Viking Days Royals at coronation on Wednesday, Oct. 2, in the Elmen Center. This is the first time in Augustana鈥檚 history that both royals are international students.
