Augustana is beginning more renovations to its Morrison Commons, located on Commons Drive on the university’s campus. In partnership with Sodexo — AU’s food service and facilities management partner — construction on phase II of the approximately $5 million project is expected to be complete when students return in the fall.

JaVian Farr ‘24, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in biology, was chosen as Augustana’s 2024 Commencement speaker. How to navigate through adversity is what Farr hopes to convey to his fellow classmates on Saturday, May 18, at Kirkeby-Over Stadium.

������ý is extremely proud to announce the graduating Class of 2024. A total of 354 students earned baccalaureate degrees and 135 students earned a  from the university.

Jan (Hovey) ‘75 and Dave Johnson ‘74 were close together yet worlds apart for more than two decades until the two Augustana alumni met, built their success stories and began to make an impact on their communities and alma mater. Throughout the years, the Johnsons have been faithful supporters of Augustana.

������ý is excited to announce that its eighth annual  will take place on Friday, May 10 — a 24-hour fundraising event that encourages alumni, parents, staff, faculty, coaches, administrators and friends to “Give Boldly.”

The Augustana Student Association (ASA) honored three professors with the ASA Faculty of the Year Award on Monday, April 29. The award is given annually for excellence in teaching and distinguished service to the students of ������ý. Along with writing thank you notes to professors, ASA asks fellow students to nominate their favorite AU faculty member for the awards.
