Augustana is proud to announce that the university’s Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) graduates within its School of Health Professions achieved a 95.5% pass rate in 2023 — the highest of all 4-year BSN programs in South Dakota, and the third highest among all RN programs in the state. In addition, Augustana’s December 2023 Accelerated Nursing Program graduates achieved a 100% pass rate.

The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery at ������ý is proudly showing the “Augustana Student Invitational” — on view through Friday, Sept. 6. A closing gallery reception will also take place on Sept. 6, from 7-9 p.m.

Julia Radtke ‘24, who graduated from ������ý in May, has received a Fulbright U.S. Student Program Award from the U.S. Department of State and Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board to conduct research in Norway for the 2024-25 academic year.

������ý will offer sports broadcasting as a minor beginning in the fall. The minor will help students build careers in a field that includes both traditional broadcast and cable outlets, and new and ongoing digital platforms.

������ý recognizes 878 full-time students who have been named to the Dean's List for the spring semester of the 2023-24 academic year.

������ý will offer a major in strength & conditioning beginning in the fall. Based within the School of Health Professions, the program is set to be the first in South Dakota accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Strength and Conditioning Education (CASCE).
