As part of a ceremony held this afternoon, ¹û¶³´«Ã½ dedicated the De & Dave Knudson Center for Global Engagement — previously known as the International Programs Office (IPO). Housed in the Administration Building on campus, the creation of the De & Dave Knudson Center for Global Engagement is part of Augustana’s strategic plan — Viking Bold: The Journey to 2030. With the creation of the De & Dave Knudson Center for Global Engagement, Augustana’s goal is to provide more than just essential services, but to better prepare students for an interconnected world in which we live.
A total of 235 ¹û¶³´«Ã½ students are choosing to make the world their classroom for January Interim (J-Term) 2025. Along with the students, 25 faculty members and five guests are traveling to 14 countries and two states.
Augustana is excited to once again host its annual Arthur Olsen Student Research Symposium, set to take place on Saturday, April 13, at the Froiland Science Complex, located on the university’s campus.
