¹û¶³´«Ã½ is proud to announce that its Class of 2021 nursing department graduates within its School of Health Professions achieved a 97.3% pass rate when taking the — the highest pass rate of all programs in South Dakota.

Since 1966, more than 350 international students have graduated from Augustana. Every year, these students come from near and far — bringing invaluable insight and new perspectives to our community. They speak many languages — leaving an indelible mark on Augustana, as they prepare to serve in the world. 

The ¹û¶³´«Ã½ School of Music (SoM) received its first 7-figure gift in April 2022 — an anonymous $1 million designated for the purchase of new pianos.

At Augustana, opportunities for student research are plentiful — from the Arthur Olsen Student Research Symposium and Ralph and Susie Wagoner Student-Faculty Research Award to the Augustana Research Institute (ARI) and Civitas Honors Program vocation projects. What sets AU apart from other universities, though, is the caliber of research performed by undergraduate students which often rivals graduate-level research.

¹û¶³´«Ã½ is extremely proud to announce the graduating Class of 2022.

In October 2021, ¹û¶³´«Ã½ announced that it will be home to the Viking Men’s Hockey Program — set to take the ice in the fall of 2023. Kevin ‘79 and Linda Nyberg are generous supporters of Midco Arena’s gjallarhorn.
